basker’s vinyl nights

Winter Season of 2025

Every Thursday for most of the winter season at Basker we challenged ourselves to produce a new “small plates” menu weekly & played vinyl records to bring some warmth and comfort to the cold winter months.

This event was put on when I was working at Blue Ginger, a local hotspot.

The event was inspired by Halloween and my internship at a coveted restaurant in Vietnam.

Although we may look young, we carry almost 15 years of hospitality experience between our core staff. We may be the new kids on the block but we are keen, we are efficient and we are ready to serve you and your guests the highest standard of service.
